    Well I was entering the wrong number a finger slip.. 10 months case still in intial review this is such bad news I don't even know how to tell my hubby of my mistake.. This is heartbreaking I transposed some numbers.. It's really sad how long they make you wait to get your love one home.. I will keep the faith he will soon be with me.

      Why are you wasting money on a lawyer? You can do this by yourself and with our help. Please get on the phone and call USCIS and find out what is going on

      I agree with jamaicancricket. Stay on them. Make it clear to them that this is something they should have informed your fiance during the interview. Becuase of this can they speed up the process/clarification

    I am 22 wks pregnant today, and I am waiting and waiting...for my NOA2 to be approve. I am worried my fiance will not be hear to see his son being born.

    ALL PRAISE TO JAH!!!! I130 APPROVED!!!!!! filed 8/4/11 yesterday I check USCIS and it was still in intial review showing no touches since 8/11/11..Finially I can see it's getting closer been 61/2 months waiting to see some kind of progress..We must stay thankful and not doubtful..Speak it into existance I know my husbands is always speaking negative words because of the delay and waiting but I refused too Faith and Praising God for those things unse...

    Hey everyone well i am waiting on my new case number from nvc my boo called them and they said it takes about 15 days.....is that true ?

      Call them everyday. Once it hits day 7 for me thats what I am going to do. It varys and they are just giving you a estimate off the top of their head. I have seen some people get 7-11 days. KEEP CALLING MY GIRL!!!!!!
