Hi everyone,
My wife is a US citizen and plans to sponsor her sister to America. As we were filling out form I-130, we came to the section where we are asked to upload evidence of the end of prior marriage and also end of your spouse's prior marriage. My question is as follows;
1/ Do the evidences they asked to upload apply to petitioner or beneficiary (my sister)? She's been divorced once and is currently single. I am also divorced once. Do I upload my divorce documents as well as my sister's divorce documents? My current spouse was also divorced once. Do I upload his divorce documents as well?
2/ Also if I submit proof of sibling relationship by using my birth certificate along with my sister's birth certificate which show the names of both of our parents on our birth certificate documents, will I need to submit secondary evidence such as school record, census record, written statement, or DNA test results?
