My parents had interview on Oct 20 2021. DQ Sep 2020. Their case was expedited due to an emergency in US. They were given 221 but there passport was taken. They were to resubmit petitioners original birth certificate or Nadra family registration certificate. 

My parents had their immigration visa interview today. It went well they took their passport but they were given 221. They asked for Petitioner original birth certificate to be uploaded on the ceac website. I have uploaded the document. How long will it take for the embassy to review and mail the passport. Does it take month or more or less.

My parents have immigration interview at US embassy soon and want to make sure they have all the required documents with them. What documents did they take with them. Can I have the list of documents. Also I petitioned them but my sister is the sponsor and she moved to different state. Does she have to notify Uscis. Did you provide copies of your birth certificate and do they have to be certified or just the copies are ok. What do they ask in the interview. What kind of tax documents should we provide. Any kind of help will be really appreciated. I don’t want to get delayed coz of the documents.

Yes. This is what I was asking. My parents all paper work have been accepted but waiting for interview date since September 2020. So will have to wait till March 31. Thanks

Hi I have a question regarding I 864 A form. I’m the petitioner, my sister Is the sponsor. I filled I 864A for my husband too since we live together. So I got rejection from NVC n they asked me to submit the form with My name on Part 5 and signature and my husband’s name and signature on Part 6. When I filled out the form I did the opposite. Plus I don’t see any signature option under part 5. Would really appreciate your help. TIA

I gave detailed answer below. You have to get finger prints attested from UAE embassy. 

After I got finger printing from Police academy I got them attested from foreign minister in my City. Then I mailed the finger prints, passport copy, pic, resident page previous UAE page copy to UAE embassy. After the attestation from UAE embassy they mail the finger prints back to us. I called on three different numbers

I made the payment online. I emailed them the reference number, purpose for certificate, name to the country, passport copy, picture,UAE residence visa,n payment receipt. I mailed them the finger prints, passport copy, resident copy, receipt and reference no. I added all these things with the finger prints. I send them over night and they emailed me the character certificate within 2 days. They misspelled the name so it took me a week to get it fixed. They don’t send the certificate in the mail. So will get the printout and take it with me for the interview. If you have any questions you can ask. My father worked in Alain. So he wanted police certificate from Abu Dhabi. But they said I can use Dubai too. Since it’s UAE police certificate.

Hi. I was able to send my finger prints to Dubai. I’m attaching the pictures. It has phone number, email address, where to mail the finger prints. It was literally done within a week. I paid online and forwarded my reference number to them. Also emailed them my resident page UaE visa page, passport copy picture.

I got finger prints from police academy. Then got them attested from foreign minister and then send them to UAE embassy. So got finger prints attested. I chatted with Dubai police station online. N they said you have to do it from Abu Dhabi since my father was in Al-Ain. But Abu Dhabi sa to get it done from MOI. And MOI says you need to have 15 digit Emirates Id. So no clear answer.

  I have applied for Immigration for my parents. My father was in Al-Ain 17 years ago. At that time they didn't have Emirates 15 digit ID. He got his finger printing attested from UAE embassy in Pakistan. But the embassy doesnt know what is the next step. For dubai police certificate I can find the info online that i can pay everything online and i can mail them the attested finger prints. But since he was in Al ain he need the police character certificate from Abu Dhabi. I cant find any info on that. IS there anyone who can help me regarding this.

He hasn’t been to UAE for 17 yrs. he doesn’t have any visa. You have to be in UAE to get police report. What are the other options. I know he can’t travel by himself.

   I am filling out the NVC for my dad. In civil document they are asking for polics report from the country he used to be in 17 years ago. He doesnt have the visa, he doesnt go there anymore. How can he provide the police report.

Hi. I’m filling out the form in NVC DS 260. They are asking all the previous address that they have lived in since turning 16. But my parents have no idea about the addresses, or where they were in certain year. How to fill this part. 

I have a joint sponsor. So as a petitioner I have to select yes in part 3. 

In part 3 question "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant" do I select yes or no for my slef and for my husband since we are just the petitioner not the sponsor.

Thanks. Do I I864a for my husband reason being that we live in the same house. He is not a sponsor. but i have to metion his income and everything too. 

Also I have applied for both my parents. I will be filling different affidavit of support for them. I have a qutestion in Affidavit of support Part 3 Do i need to enter other parents information in family member 1. thanks

    For affidavet of support how to fill it up. I am the petitioner not the sponsor. How can I fill out the form. My sister is the sponsor. In Part 1 I selected 1.a. In Part 3 do I have to do Yes. How do I fill it up for my husband. For the sponsor in Part 1 selected 1.d and in Part 3 YES.
