hello, I just have a question, If someone know if uscis is checking background us citizenship (my friend husband have a warrnts on his account, and he is affriad to go on the interview...( warrant , because he did not pay child support for year), so if they do check that?? thanks everybody.

I have a question: Please tell me if I can apply for a work autorization now and in the 2 -3 weeks for AOS.. or together for aos and work autoriazation.. and what about I 864 or I 485.. can I sent during the next 2 moths for expample.. Please help me in my all confusion.Thanks alot

You can't apply for work authorization before AOS...without the AOS, you have no basis for work authorization.

So, I can aplly for AOS and I765 together, and waht about the anothers forms??? (I485 ,I864)???

please help!!I m married 2 years but right Im in teh process to filling out my imigartion forms to USIC and in the I765 is a question about current imigartion status.. I guess taht I have no status , I came 4 years ago to USA on teh h2b visa after that I changed on the tourist and I was one year illegal before I got merried./ please helpe me what I need to put in this space

Your husband must be yuor sponsor, and he must fill out an I-864 affidavit of support form, and provide appropriate supporting documentation, even though he does not qualify financially to sponsor you.

Yes, your mother-in-law can be a Joint Sponsor, if she qualifies financially, and she will also fill out an I-864 and provide appropriate supporting documentation. Alternatively she can be a Household Member, in which case she and you husband jointly fill out an I-864A form. Your husband will include her financial information together with his own on his I-864 and will include her supporting documentation as well.

hello, I m new on this forum.. I need hlep very badly. Im preapering my documents to INS thru merriage, My husband has no job right now, and he did not file taxex last year also..we lived at his mom's house now.. she want to be my sponsor.. my question is Does she can be my sponosr.. Or she can be only my joint sposnor?? What kind of form they need to fill out?Im really confused about this staff concern to sponsor and joint sponsor.. etc. I never aplly before for aos.
