Please do you know why my status CEAC still on Refused despite sending in the additional documents requested by the CO since 2nd August 2019 and i confirmed they received it at US embassy in London on 6th August 2019.My status was updated today 15th August 2019 but still on Refused.

Hi all, please i had my k1 interview on 18th July 2019 and the CO hand in blue sheet 221g for additional document. When i check my status update it shows Refused. I have submitted the required documents through the courier company the embassy sent me via email and when i called the courier company to confirm if the documents had been delivered ,was told yes since 6th August. But when i checked my status update today 15th August 2019 and it shows it was updated today,under the immigrant visa status, still showing Refused. Could anyone share their story on this please.
