Once married, does the name automatically change? Or are there other procedures that must be undergone? I'm not finding a lot of answers while searching the net. I really don't want to have any mistakes on the forms that will cause delay. Thanks for any advice...

In the Philippines when you are married (We're married) the Wife's last name becomes her middle name, and the Husband's last name becomes her last name. My question is, on the I-130 -- Do we put her original full name, or her married full name? Thank you..any help would be appreciated.
Wife's legal name on form I-130(merged)
in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures

Hello all...
My question -- I and my wife are married (Married in the Philippines) and filing the I-130 so she's able to come here to the U.S. Should the name printed on the forms be her original full name? Or her married name? She has never undergone any legal proceedings to change her name after we were married. Of course, in the Philippines, when you marry your Husband, his last name becomes your last name, and the Wife's last name becomes her middle name. (However, again, she has never underwent any legal proceedings to change said names) We are both confused on this subject. She and I are both wondering about this, because we do not want to have any mistakes that delay our forms once sent. Anyway, any and all advice is welcome. Thank you in advance.
