Hi. I have a situation: in my médical exam, the doctor ask me if I’ve ever try marijuna and I said yes once when I was 17, now I’m 23. In my interview the consul did not ask anything about it and gave me the visa for the conditional resident for one year. Then I have to do the form I-175 and there is a question: if I have ever committed any crime in which I were not arrested in the united state or abroad?..... my question is I have to answer yes for this and explain my situation? Or I did not commit any crime and I have to answer NO?
