Got the letter yestarday.... Our petition has been administratively closed because the "VALIDITY DATES" have passed.....This process is nuts..... Not doing the k-1 again... Gonna just go back and legally marry there and file the cr-1

UMMMM were u able to know what was the reason for denail or sending that case back..i think u need to know that b4 filing again or getting married because it might still the samo thing...

I'm from Morocco, I'm selected for further processing in the Diversity Immigrant Visa program for the fiscal year 2011. and I have sent the envelope which contains the DSP-122 and DS-230 (Parts I & II) within my two pictures to Kentucky Consular Center two months ago but I didn't receive anything yet.

May I know what is the limited date to accept visa for a DV2011 selected ?

just be patient and u gonna get the reply from them its about 3 months plus u can feel free to email them and ask them by mentioning ur case number ofcourse, i think u have their email adress in the papers they sent u b4 kcc ..good luck,,note only people with high school degree will be approved in other word u have to be bachelier..take care.

Sorry if I gave wrong info... I saw a similar thread that gave the marrying answer. Immigration attorney and answers from uscis first before persuing any other filing.

my k1 case denied on the early of 2010, i had the interview and everything and told to come back for second interview cuz it needs further review and left them the whole evidences i had i gave lot wich include around 300 pages just for chat history. so after almost 50 days they called me back and they just handed me back everything i gave evidences and the 4main documents (birth certificate..the singlehood cert..police cert...and court cert..) so the co gave me paper of 221g and stated case being sent back to uscis, since that time my fiance tried just to find out what ent wrong as we should know why they did deny it for no reason,even with the senator help and all that nuthing came out positive in this case and uscis just ended saying the case got expired and cant be revaliated again...so now ae think about just refiling again??so this would help.............plz wanna share ur suggestions.god bless u all..wa salam
