Ready to file 130 for my mother. I am a US citizen. I have birth certificate for myself that has my name and my parents name. Does I130 filing requires me to get a birth certificate for my mother? I don't read that as an requirement but have seen few people doing that on this forum.
Also, my mothers current passport has a wrong birth date (a typo) and the visa she used for visit US had the same mistake and so does the I94 history since last 8 years. Just noticed it recently. When I filed my paper in 2006, I had put the correct date. should I change her passport first before I apply her I130?
