Is it gonna be problem we send application for K-1 when my fiance is in US for visiting?
She is gonna come to US for visiting 3 days later and I will send application tomorrow. In this case, she would be in US before USCIS get the package.

(and another question, she has 5 yrs old kid. and they will come US as tourists and stay 3~4 months and go back to their country till they get K1/2. can we send the kid to school while they are staying in US? )
