    We lived overseas for a long time however our permanent address was in the US and that is the one we filed with USCIS

    No worries. :) Thanks for the response.. I really appreciate it. last thing, does me and my military spouse need to change address in uscis after we move or it will be fine if we did not change it ,since we gonna put our new address on the form i751? 

  2. Hi Everyone.. :)

     

    I have a few questions regarding filing of I-751 overseas. I hope someone could help me.  I'm on conditional residence status  currently living in u.s and my card will expires on Jan 2020, my 90 day period will start on Nov 1st. But the thing is my husband has am upcoming pcs move overseas, and we will move possibly second week of November. 

     

    1. Can I file removal of conditions in Japan not later than November?

    2. Do I need to change address on uscis even if I'm gonna used our new address in Japan when filing?

    3. Where do I send I-751 packet if we live overseas?
