i-129f Beneficiary Child Custody and Residency Question in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures Posted August 11, 2019 Hello, Sorry if this is a repeated question, but I couldn't find a relevant thread in the search bar. I'm just starting the i-129f paperwork for my fiance to get her K-1 visa (she lives in Taiwan). She is divorced and has a U.S. Born son, who is going to stay with her ex, his father, in Taiwan. She has a document declaring she has custody, but the child splits the week staying with her and then his father. In Part 2. Information About Your Beneficiary question 43-44.h, do I put that the child resides with her and list her address? Or do I need to put the father's address as well and write 'no' in box 43? Thanks for any help!
