Help needed!! thanks to everyone who helped me every time regarding my questions.

so as mentioned before that i had applied for us visa in past and that got rejected. (i am residing in canada and a Pr holder)

so i have completed the ds 160 form and have the confirmation.

now the question is where can i pay the US vistor visa fee and schedule the interview.

and also do i have to use my old account? if yes then how can i link my new application.

please guide me in this process. because a representative applied for my visa in past and misguided me . so this time i am applying my self !
