i am courtney an United States citizen who recently married the love of my life and best friend Hugo from Sweden. We met at City College and he is currently here legally on a student F-1 Visa. Just looking for any help we can get on what forms to file first. I know of all the forms like the I-130 and I-485 but unsure what forms need to be submitted with what. Any help would be so appreciated, with immigration so serious right now, even though he is here legally we are so scared of being separated at anytime, I cannot lose him!
