    Hi, I am a 129F filer in the Manila Embassy. I am a bit confused. I just got NOA2 on Feb 12 and got the hard copy yesterday. Now I am confused as to what is Packet 3 and Packet 4. How long should it take to get a case number or get packet 3 from NVC?  I want to go to the Philippines and stay till the interview and fly back with her. Which packet does she need to take to medical exam and which packet does she need to take to the interview? What if I get case number and she does DS 160 but we do not get the letter? Do I have to have the actually have the original or can it be faxed or photocopied?
