They were single when I filed the petition (in 2016). My parents got married in our home country in 2020. -
Hi everyone! Both of my parents are applying for the N-400s under the general rule (I, US citizen, was their petitioner). They've been LPR for 9 years. They got married in their home country and can't find their marriage certificate, will it be required in the application? We've got tax transcripts (but from what I've read they don't even need to submit that). Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated!
