I am a US citizen and my mother's green card is expired while she was outside the USA(visiting her country), it has been 6 years that she been outside the USA, she was going through some medical conditions that she could not walk. She didn't renew the green card.
I just wanted to know what her options are, regarding her green card, does she need to re-apply a fresh green card? because her current one is expired or local consulate can provide any help.
