My mother is sponsoring now my brother, my brother who she sponsored already in usa is willing to be joint sponsor. When we sent the application to NVC, They put my mother and my brother (joint sponsor) at the same address and they made one form I-864 A. instead of 2 different address with different forms (house hold member instead of joint sponsor)
The nvc at that time said it is up to consular officer and we may need to add joint sponsor.
We asked the immigration office and said you can tell them that they moved instead of saying that it is there mistake because we also have responsibility to read before signing those forms
Is it better to say they no longer living with each other or to be honest and said that was mistake from the beginning?
My brother is limousine driver we provide his copy of limousine licence, his notary job letter where he confirmed that he is Limousine driver and his tax return, is this enough?
I have last question regarding my other sister who my mother sponsored already and counted on her family size, where she is living now is important?
