You are the one going abroad so yes it applies to you.

I understand that, but what I meant was which one are they referring to?

I've already received my visa packet and passport (w/ visa) and found no other forms. I know I shouldn't open the packet since the border officers will be the one to do so.

I've attached a picture of the said requirement stated in the CFO GCP Seminar requirement for those WITH a visa.

    Thanks!

  2. Hi all,

My K1 visa was already approved and all I have to do is attend the CFO seminar before I am allowed to leave.

I saw the requirements for attendees that HAVE visas. The very last one indicated there was the "emigrant registration form".

I'm not sure what that refers to. Or does it even apply to me?

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Thank you!

The medical at St. Luke's is a 2 day process (if there were no issues with your x-ray regarding TB), vaccinations are given the 2nd day, at which time you will be given a sealed envelope with your medical file that you need to bring with you to your interview.  You will also receive a DS-3025 (keep this safe you will need it in the USA) and a CD (of little value, no one seems to wants it, and it makes a lousy coaster)

You should jump over to the Philippines forum for questions relating to the process there.  https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

Here is a link to a guide that may be helpful:  https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/us-embassy-usem.html

    Thank you for clarifying! :)

You are from Philippines, not USA  vaccinations are always day 2 and are included in your fee

Oh okay. Thank you for clarifying! I was afraid that they forgot to give me the vaccines or that I forgot to remind someone else in the immunization section to do so. Have a good day!

They gave me the vaccine I was missing right there in the K1 medical appointment. Charged me $50.

I was told that the charge for the vaccines are included in the Php 17,025 fee.

Anyway, after being asked questions by the doctor in the immunization section/area, I was told to proceed to the physical exam area on the 5th floor and then after the physical exam, I was told to go home and go back tomorrow by the lady in the US counter.

Should I ask them them tomorrow to give me the vaccines?

  6. Hi,

I just want to ask all those who have already undergone the K1 medical when they were given the required vaccines (if needed)?

I just went to my medical today and was told that I would need to be immunized with 3 vaccines, but after all the steps, I didn't get vaccinated.

I was told to go back tomorrow to submit the additional requirements thar are indicated on the back of the receipt.

Am I going to receive the vaccines when I go back to the clinic?

Any info would really help. Thanks.

  7. Hi everyone,

I will be undergoing my medical soon for my K1 visa and I actually have the same concern.

I have benign lumps on my breasts and have been told by my primary care physician that they are benign last year. I've already had my mammogram twice when I visited him and there was no significant increase in the size of the lumps.

He issued me a medical certificate stating that there I have no significant changes in my lumps and that I am free to travel as I please since I won't be requiring any treatments.

My problem is that the certificate was issued last year  when I thought my fiancé and I were already going to push through with the application.

I've been monitoring the appearance of my breasts since then and haven't seen any negative or noticeable changes. I also tried to feel the lumps and they didn't seem to have increased in size, significantly.

Do you think they will still honor that certificate AND do you think they will require me to get a certificate to prove that the lumps are benign?

    Thanks.
