I-130 applied on March 2nd, 2018 in CSC and pending since then.

I-485, I-131, I-765 applied on June 3rd, 2018 in NBC

Biometric done on July 3, 2019

I-130 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction on July 18, 2019 (Today)

After the call to USCIS, agent was indicating the case has been transfer to Vermont Service Center.

What is going on there?
