Thank you so much, hope the best for you as well. Quick update, NVC has created the case for my mom and sent welcome letter via email yesterday. They seem to work on cases pretty fast.

I have not received welcome letter from NVC yet. My case was only sent to NVC yesterday NVS is showing as of 04/28/2025 they are creating cases received from USCIS on 04/07/2025, so I guess they will create my case in the next few weeks.

Updated 04/27/2025 Case still shows status "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS", but I-130 Approval Notice was posted in the Document section.

Hello everyone, I couldn't find a topic for Feb 2024 I130 filers for parents so I started this one where Feb 2024 filers can share our timeline/experience. Below is my timeline: Feb 10, 2024: Filed Online for my Mother (IOE processing center) Feb 12, 2024: Case status changed to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS", the estimated time was 8 weeks. Apr 09, 2024: myProgress tab changed "Case Taking longer to process ..." May 02, 2024: myProgress tab changed to "Estimated Time Until Decision: 4 Weeks" ... Thanks,
