It’s critical for anyone over 21 to check CSPA age for themselves. It’s not discretionary and is a simple either/or determination so one can see whether or not they will qualify.

I have the same scenario with marcuz. Our priority date is 16dec1996. I was still 4 years old back then.

We have no idea on what was our approval date. My uncle said he did not received any mail regarding the approval date of our petition. 

I tried email-ing NVC but with no success regarding our approval date.

Even though im confident that I am no longer eligible. I will still go through the visa process.

I have the same case. I am already 27 years old. PD 16dec97. approval date : we do not know it(My uncle said he didnt received it).

We paid the IV fees $325. and will not be uploading our documents online.
