Can my husband be my sponsor for we move to USA? (will be applying for I-130 from UK)

We both live in the UK at the moment, he is a US citizen and I am a British citizen, he will be earning over the federal poverty guideline for a family of 3 once we move to Pennsylvania - my question is, will he still be able to sponsor me with him not currently living in the states or does it have to be someone living over there right now?

I am just deciding whether to go for a work visa (company are moving to US) or a family (spouse) visa.

Cost is not a problem, I just want to feel safe once moved.

I am a British Citizen, married to a US citizen, both living in the UK (my husband is here on a spouse visa and is able to legally work)

We are planning on moving to US within a year (I am 5 months pregnant) and I am looking to work eventually too (we both have secure job offers over in America with a sister company of our current employer)

Am I correct in saying due to us being in the UK we need to complete the I-130 form with our US consulate based in London (listed on the US website as able to process petition)

What steps do I take after this? Do I need to go to the embassy for an interview?

Will anything prevent me from getting residency?
