My K1 visa was approved but didnt use it not even implemented coz when i got interview the consul said that before they can issue my visa need to get my daughter an us passport so which i did but then after i get her passport thats the time her father sent by his company here in philippines to work so we didnt get it. Is there possible that i can request it to open again now my fiance contract is done .thanks in advance..
