😱 really??? Wow I thought they were going by dates? Maybe it’s for a different type of category. I’m category IR1-CR1. This is getting more confusing but thanks for the update. Please keep me posted thank you i appreciate it 😊

I thought so too but I guess they’re in between February and March now .. I’m in the same category .. and the people I’ve seen with interviews are also the same

Please let us know how did it go. My husband cc date was March 26, 2019. So I’m guessing we should be getting the appointment letter in February based on the recent pattern and your interview date. It seems like they are done giving out all the appointments cc dates for February 2019. Super excited can’t wait for February to get mine 😀

I’ve seen some people with march CC get interview appts .. so hopefully yours comes soon.. I’ll keep you updated

Hi guys I'M A K1 visa applicant, I have lived in the same city (Monterrey) in the same state (Nuevo León) since 16, is it ok if..... to the interview I bring the state police record? Carta de Antecedentes No Penales of the state (fiscalia general del estado), or do I really have to fly all over  to  Ciudad de México for the Carta de Antecedentes no Penales federal?

    HELP!

I have read that you can get The carta de no antecedentes penales in Ciudad Juárez and it’s valid

What do you mean by CC?  By the way, we filed for NVC application for GC visa interview in Jan 2019 and got a notice for interview just recently 1/3/2020 and his interview will be on 2/12/19 at CDJ.  It took us 1 year to get the notice.  That's been the trend now.  Don't lose hope, you will get your letter pretty soon next month too hopefully.  What I did was bug them in the past 1-3 months.  It does not hurt to just go to NVC online and submit inquiry on your status and I think by the time you even get a response in like 30-45 days, you would have already received your interview date letter.  They replied to my inquiry after 45 days.  Most of the people on here say it is 1 year now.  Few months ago, the trend was like 8-11 months and I guess, it's getting longer and longer.  Good luck....!!

Cc as in case complete .. almost a year, hoping to here something soon. I’ve called but no luck, and inquired on 12/30/19 and still waiting on a response .. good luck in your interview!

Hey guys hope every one is well and having an awesome New Year! ☺

Today I received correspondence from NVC via email. It was our letter for our appointment in Ciudad Juarez. Our appointment is 2/4/2020 (yay!)

My question is, I tried looking us up on CEAC and it doesnt reflect the update. Will that take time or is there somewhere else where I can track our case? Thanks in advance for your help ☺

    Congrats!!

what was your case complete date ??

I don't think that long. That's crazy wait for interview too long

It’s possible, I have a cc date of 2/19/19 and still no interview, so far it seems like a 12 month wait

Hello! I received a letter saying I am in queue for an interview on Aug 17 2019. Does this mean I may not get an interview until August 2020?

It’s possible, I have a cc date of 2/19/19 and still no interview, so far it seems like a 12 month wait

    Hello,

My wife finally received her CR1 visa (more than a month after her consular interview) and we are now preparing for her arrival to the U.S. We have already paid the USCIS immigrant fee of $220 and bought the ticket for the beginning of September. She will be going through the airport in Houston, Texas, and I will be accompanying her to help transport her personal effects and what not. Could someone with personal experience please, in detail, explain the process? It would be ideal if you went specifically through the CBP in Houston. I would, in particular, like to know the following:

    1) Apart from the obvious passport/visa and the medical envelope/x-rays, what other documentation will/could she be asked to present?

    2) As her husband, will I be allowed to physically accompany her during the process, or will they make me proceed in a different line and wait on the other side of CBP, at the baggage reclaim?

    3)  How long doe it typically take? We should have approximately 4H30 before our connecting flight. I assume this is largely enough time.

    4) What type of questions do they ask? Is this essentially another interview like the one at the embassy?

Please do not hesitate to provide any other relevant details I forgot to ask about.

    Thanks in advance.

Hello, question, in regards to you saying you received it a month later, what was the reasoning behind that ??
