NOA2 date was April 21, 2020. We were documentary qualified at the NVC in August 2020 - this took time because I had to renew my passport to reflect my married name (the name we used in our I-130 submission). Passport renewal was delayed because government offices here were closed due to the lockdown.

Sorry for asking too many questions, where is the beneficiary (you) country?

My people, please look into this.

My case used to be at the California service center, spouse of LPR and PD is August 23.

Response to my recent uscis enquiry returned with a response to follow texas service center as shown in the red circle.

    1. Does this mean I will follow texas timeline or stick with former timeline of California?.

    2. If my case was eventually transferred to texas, then I'm confused on the blue circled part which state that my case is within time frame. Because according to texas "spouse of LPR" timeline, I have already passed the date of enquiry.

    What do you advise? 320d2d65-da27-4e04-bdfb-e8274311ac5d

Oh well as expected...Potomac SC jumps backward for the nth time. It was May 4, 2019 already and the processing time is between 8.5 to 11 months.

Now, it is April 2, 2019 and the frustrating  part is that the processing time is between 9 months to 1 year.

Sometimes, the way the centers jump can be beyond understanding. Corona outbreak sit at home could also be the cause

Ironically, California jumped forward from April 25th yesterday to may 12 today.

This is really sickening. Before going to bed it is already May 5, 2019 (if I am not mistaken) and look at it now. Gosh! Potomac what is happening?!!!!!🥵 You keep on jumping backwards and the worse is, the estimated time range is getting longer 😭😭😭

What an irony. California just jumped forward from November 8th 2018 to April 2019 today.

I think some files have been moved from California to other centers

Not all though. Like on my case, I have been waiting for almost 6 months. Also, majority of July filers under Potomac who signed up here didn’t get NOA2 yet.

I wonder why there was this case who filed last September 2019 and got NOA2 last month. Indeed, that was too fast. It took them 4 months and 2 days only to get an approval.

I hope reviewing our papers is really on FIFO basis🙏

The bolded remind me of first accounting course. Fifo and LIFO 😁

Back to topic, let's just be hopeful and wait patiently
