    Hello, 

     

    I would like to inquire about my case.  I recently received a welcome letter from NVC to process the next steps of my immigrant visa that my Dad petitioned me with. However, in my birth certificate, the name of my Dad is not placed (Father's name in Birth Cert = 'not applicable'). Just wondering if this would affect the processing of my papers? Anyone ever experienced the same situation? How do we go about it?  Thank you in advanced.  God bless!
