As far as I know ours hasn't been assigned to an officer yet though and neither have we gotten any approval 😕 

I am at the Texas Service Center which was lucky, but everyone I have checked from there has been approved in August. I submitted a request since it seems behind their normal schedule, but I will have to call when I get back to the US.

Got my NOA 1 on February 8th still waiting for anything from USCIS. Getting nervous since it seems like everyone that filed after us is already being processed. Do you get an update when they start looking at your case, or do they only update when approved or rfe?
