Can I ask..if after obtaining a special power of attorney.. Do you need to go to the qatar embassy here to get it authenticated? Aside from dfa aunthentication?

Did she go thru same process as this one? 

I would like to ask is your friend also a filipino? Bec i asked a family friend of ours that says only immediate family can get the pcc...hoping for your answer
