    hi , has everyone ever heard of this status online? we got it and we don't know what to make of it, "we sent you a decision'' ...no approval no denial..does anyone know how a denial looks like online at CSC? please help!

    Maybe u just have to wait what's written on the letter they sent to you first :innocent:

    i know, but i also am thinking this could say denial, maybe this is their nice way of saying you are denied....it's mind blowing...

    Think you may have reason for denial?

    I am so excited I can hardly stand it---we got our interview date scheduled today!! :dance::dance: My fiance' received packet 3 just this morning; and he is hand-delivering the papers back to the embassy, so the lady went ahead and gave him an interview date.....in 5 days!!!!!!!! :thumbs: I am in shock and thrilled! What took so many months in the US, is now taking only a few days to finish up in Romania. Pray for us on Tuesday!! :innocent:

    WOW!!!!!! 5 days What about the medical?????Good luck, this stage seems to go by so quickly. I think it's a good idea to have your papers ready before you receive packet 3, because you never know what will happen. :thumbs::thumbs: two thumbs up for you girl.

    We're still getting our RFE papers together. Dora's are on the way from Bulgaria today and mine has not been shipped yet from North Carolina but should soon.

    In the meantime where do I find the forms for packet 3?

    .....She then told me that my case was forwarded directly to the Consulate where my fiancee is at. :blink:

    I told her that on my NOA2 letter it specifically states that it was sent out to the NVC and that any further contact should be with them. She said from looking at the system it was already sent off to the Consulate instead of NVC. I need to look at my NOA2 letter again tonight because I remember reading it over 10 times. I did not remember anything about my case being sent directly to the Consulate. This is so frustrating because we were never informed of this. Only when you call them then they tell something else otherwise. I've already asked my fiancee to check tomorrow at the Embassy to see if they received our case. Will keep you guys posted.

    I have read somewhere else that some cases have been bypassed NVC and forwarded directly from USCIS to Ambassy.

    Have you been able to obtain a case number? This number issued by NVC. It may be hard to check with the ambassy without this case number.

    If there is an "A#" on the NOA2 I believe that is the NVC case number. We have an A# on our RFE if you got one.

    And I think you check it here. http://203.177.135.10/ivappointment/login.asp

    The A# should be the alien number that is mentioned on some of the I-129 forms.

    Bon n Dora, I really hope that you can be approved within a few days. As long as you send RFE, you should be fine. I know I checked my G325A for three and four times, but still I made some tinny mistakes. My USC fiance sent his birth certificate, but he did not include my birth certificate. He said they do not need it. Well, I do not have divorce experience and until last Sept, I was a university student in the US. I hope they do not care about it. Ahh, Crazy. But, you should be fine.     Stupid mistake on our part.

    The RFE was for copies of first divorces. I sent copy of my 1st divorce but must have been overlooked. We did not send copy of her 1st divorce because we thought that a 2nd divorce copy of 2nd marriage was sufficient and also sent a certificate that she was free to marry. We both were divorced 2X.

    So, all that are preparing to file...be sure to send copies of your entire life.

    I am ready to punish myself severely.

    I called CSC today to check and see if my RFE information had arrived. The operator told me it could be several weeks for the paperwork to be received and placed "in the system". I told him it had been physically received at CSC because I had the confirmatiom receipt, but he said with the volume of paperwork received at CSC on a daily basis, it can take several weeks to be checked in and sent to the correct officer. :crying:

    The operator also asked me about previous inquiries on my account and told me every instance where I had called to speak with someone. I had a good explination for the calls and he didn't say anything after I gave my response. So, it does look like they make a note each time you call about your petition. I won't be calling anymore! I'll just wait for the email or hard copy! :innocent:

    I think they're yanking your chain so you don't call anymore.

    Anybody with a RFE...how long did it take from your response to approval?
