    Does that mean I will get a stamp if my I751 is denied? My case is not strongest one, but it is not weakest as well. So somewhere in the middle. I just like to get prepared for any scenario I might have. My concern is evidence which most of it I lost due to time, moving ins/out, changing job/lawyers. All that happens in 2 years while you are waiting for your case to get reviewed. So I’m not sure how would I reapply. But good part is that most of the evidence I can find on internet database /- I hope. Thanks for your reply.

    Hello all, Finally, I'm scheduled to have an interview later this month. If my petition got denied, what would happen with my employment authorization? Am I still eligible to work until my case move to Immigration Court? Thank you
