The AP is good for one year and it may or may not allow multiple entries. Some can come along and correct me if I am wrong. If by the 2 year probation perion you are referring to the conditional green card, you do not need the AP with this only to travel before the arrival of the green card.

Once you are married and start the AOS process, you can file for Advanced Parole I-131.

My finance is English and I am a US citizen we are currently starting the finance visa process. Can anyone tell me, once we are married are their any restrictions on my finance traveling outside the USA and then re entering as we were planning on going to his home country for a couple of weeks once we were married.

I am currently at the start of the visa process e.g finding informtion and forms and I was wondering do many people use a lawyer to help their finance visa process. I have read the benefit being that they add credability to you being a couple and obviously keep track of your affairs. But in general are they more advantageous to have or not in the application process?

2)I see that it ranks Duration to entry of the U.S. between these options as shortest long longer etc, Do you have any idea what sort of time frame these equal, e.g. is longest 5 yrs or 1 yr or 7 months etc. Any ballpark figure would help.

I am currently working on the G-325A Form and was wondering what is the Alien Registration number. I take it to be with regards to my finance I am petitioning for but where do we find this out?

I am a US citizen and am struggling with the I 134 Form the section which is titled "Oath of Affirmation of Sponsor" Within that can anyone tell me what the commission expires on refers too. As well as, what the signature of Officer Administering Oath is. For example, is that someone specific who I need to sign the form?
