DVJ do you think you could post your timeline as to how long it took from the time you filed to arrival?
Your interview took 210 days from your I-130 filing date. I am not sure if it helps, our CR1 interview was faster than K3.

Hello all, thank you for all your help. I have a question, my wife entered US on 12/26/07 on CR1 visa. At the airport she got a stamp in her passport until 12/25/09. Question, we've been married less than two years, do we have to remove conditions at 90 day her green card expiration, or she will get a 10yr green card. Also, date stamp in her password, is that our anniversary date or it will be on a green card?

Who gets a packet for the interview, I the US citizen or the beneficiary? I am asking because I got a packet for my wife with a invitation letter for the interview and she is waiting for the documents to come to her from an US embassy. Do I send to her what I got or she will get her documents?
-
On October 1 2007 my wife's documents were send to US Embassy in Moscow. Document's not there yet, operators tell me that is takes 3-5 months to arrive. Is that true? I was hopping she will have her interview in December, I guess not. Anyone with a similar situation?

Thank you, I will check my profile..
5-7 days.SEE: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list...ia&dfile=No
The timelines can tell you alot.
Your profile says filed for N/A and country N/A, how about updating?
-
How long does it take for documents to arrive at Moscow, they were send on October 1?
-
Do I have to send my financial information to my wife for the interview, or all document that I filed with NVC will be send to the embassy in Moscow?
-
Is your wife's income included in the figure you've listed as total annual household income in part c of that question? If it isn't, then do not put her name there.
No, I will not use my wife's income.
-
Accompanying dependent, will this be my stepchild? Or she is not a depended to my wife at that time?
-
In Part 6. Sponsor's income and employment.
24. My current annual household income:
The person listed above, "PUT MY WIFE"S NAME HERE, OR NO" does not need to
complete Form I-864A because he/she is the intending immigrant and has no
accompanying dependents.
My wife will be traveling with my stepchild, do I put my wife’s name in this section or I leave it blank?

As soon as the automated system says that the DS-3032 has been generated, the beneficiary can e-mail the NVC with the choice of agent. No need to wait to receive the actual paper form.
Thank you
-
Do I need to wait for papers get delivered to my wife, or she can just e-mail NVC? NVC sent it on July 16.
-
dgv,
I-864A is an agreement between a Sponsor and their Household Member that allows the to Sponsor to use the Household Member's financial resources along with their own on the I-864.
Will you be showing your wife's financial resources along with your own on your I-864?

Hello all, I have a questionMy wife will be traveling (moving) to US with my stepchild. Question in section 24 on I-864, what do I select "d" or "e"? Because it says (The person listed above, does not need to
complete Form I-864A because he/she is the intending immigrant and has no
accompanying dependents), well she is traveling with a dependent, so does that mean I have to file form I-864A?
No, just mine.
-
Ds3032 was sent on 7-16 to my wife, and AOS bill to me.

I'm saying do nothing. Sending docs to NVC sounds like "something" to me.So you are saying don't send any docs to NVC, and just wait?I recommend you do NOTHING until your wife's I-130 petition is approved. If you are going the K3 route anyway, the I-130 for the child just sits and waits until it is used for the AOS process.Ok, I send my forms in the same envelope with a payment for both, I got 2, diffirent case # NOA1 for both at the same time, now I get an approval just for child. So now all docs will be send to NVC and my wife will still wait for an approval for 6 or months? I am so confused, don't know what to do?Hi pushbrk,
he also posted here.. somewhere in the middle of the page
I see. Thanks.
Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR
ORPHAN

I'll believe this is actually the status when the case file gets to NVC. USCIS is known for making mistakes on status updates. A 12 day approval is extremely rare. Still the OP can do nothing meaningful until the spouse's I-130 is approved.
OK, thanks

you are making me confused.. actually, I think the person that just got approved had two I-130s.. one for his wife, and one for his kid.. but the I-130 for his kid got approved.. no wonder it was so fast.. you don't need to have a "bonafide marriage" evidence on that, , but it would have been probably better to send it together (would have helped the wife I-130 too)..
Everything was send at the same time and in the same envelope, and I got NOA1 at the same time.

I have to diffirent case numbers, because I filed for my wife and her child, today I got an email saying that one of my cases was approved, and notice was send, and a case number is for a child.
I just looked at my NOA1 on my I-130 for my wife, and the approval was only made for my 5yr old stepchild , what do I need to do? :help: :help:NOA1 is not an approval. It is just a receipt. Your timeline says nothing about an NOA2 or petition approval. Please clarify your question.
