@Kenny1999We had the exact same issue. It's very odd. We seem to be able to put our address in for the return of the passport but we are not able to confirm the appointment through the instructions they provided. We are going to contact the embassy via e-mail to confirm just to be safe.
We didn't register anything for the appointment. I think thats for other use? The interview letter is already the appointment. I just saw somewhere said after the interview we need to login an account to confirm the address

Congratulations!!! So happy for you👍
it very nice to see any progress from the consulate.Do you have to schedule the interview date yourself on the system? Or they just assign a date for you?
They just assigned a date to us

Hello, I am at the NVC stage, and uploaded some documents about 6 months ago such as I-864 of the sponsors. However, since we delayed our application due to Covid, the information is a bit outdated now (for example, the address/income.. etc. ).
I can't find anywhere to delete those submitted and re-submit again. Does anyone know what I can do from here? Many thanks.

I am also not currently living in the US. Will my I-130 be disapproved because of this and I have to start all over in the wait line? Thanks for helping!

Hi, I have filed I-130 for my spouse in Hong Kong from Feb 2019. I keep checking the processing time in the website for Nebraska Center, but the dates was forward for a while then it dropped backwards. Is that normal?
I know there's still a few more months before approval of I-130 if I am lucky and didn't miss anything. Meanwhile I have a few questions hope you can help me:
1) How long does it take to obtain a visa for our formal re-location after I-130 approval?
2) During the time of waiting for I-130, can my husband travel to USA by his travel visa? (he has one thats still valid)
3) Can I move to the USA now with my kids first (we are all citizens) and my husband stays there by 3 month intervals (not to exceed the travel visa). Will that jeopardize his I-130? Or does it only affect when I-130 approved and waiting for Visa?
4) Does Visa F2A apply to me?
Thank you for your help. I just want to plan and see how to move my family back there ASAP.

Thank you. Can i make the assumption that on the Visa Bulletin, the first table means the dates of which the I-130 are processing
A. FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES
and the second table means the available of visas (after I-130 approved)?
B. DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS
Therefore for my case, as I submitted in Feb 2019, now they are only processing I-130 for July 2017?
In another website regarding processing time, I checked for Nebraska Service Center that they are handling May 2018 applications though. Very confused. Thanks!

Dear All,
I am currently in Hong Kong with my husband and I just filed I-130 for him with PD Feb 2019. I dont' understand the update in the bulletin and does it have any affect to me? The dates becomes current.
My case is with the Nebraska Service Center.
I am not sure that currently is there anything I have to do or I just keep waiting, and should I expect to wait 1.5 years or longer, or maybe there's a slight chance the line is shorter now? Very very confused. Would be great if you could help!
He also has a USA travel visa, wondering if we could still travel there with him before I-130 approves?

Hello, I am a newbie here. I just filed I-130 for my spouse in Hong Kong (we all live here now), and I got the acknoledgement in March 2019.
I have been checking the Visa Bulletin and the Processing Times websites and feel very confused on the differences. Can someone kindly explain to me the difference of:
A. FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES and
B. DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS
under the Visa Bulletin
and also the "Check Processing Case Times"
under this website:
https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
Which should I refer to?
