Janice arrived in TEXAS on 2-16-08, and we will be married in march 08

Finally janice and i recieved Interview date in maila it is for Jan. 3rd.2008 and medical is Dec. 27 ,07 so she will spend few days in manila alone on Holidays .she has recieved her packet and is almost complete and i will be sending the most recent docs we have this week.

Recieved my notice that Visa was sent from NVC to Embassy in the Philippines,It was at NVC one Month, i called a couple times a week to catch it there before it got forwarded to Embassy so i could change my Finace Address and Phone number I was able to update one day before they sent it out with new case number ... Moving right along now....

Hey thanks for saying so I just mailed my finace Hard copy for her interview hope we get that soon and i have complteted my 134 Spousal Support form .hope she is here within 90 Days very long process , I was just patient never called once... thanks again... Tim And Janice!!!

NOA 2 recieved 10-16-2007 approved 10-9-2007. now we move on and wait and fill out some more forms..

Here it is September 27,07 filed in May havent even recieved touch from California Service Center. I guess they are 4 Months behind are December plans of Janice being here are long off now .wonder what is going on there my original review Date for NOA 2 was Aug. 16 we have heard nothing..... what a Deal!!!

USIC says I can expect answer in Aug, 07, currenty my Finace is working on Cfo required in Phils. I sent her a exact copy of everything that i sent for I-129F, based on reading here ,the Cfo in Phils. is very strict also age undr 21 seems to be in issue with Cfo ,but that being said we will carry on .and I made it a point to let them know she had employment waiting here ,even though she has nursing certificate could take up to one year to get her creditials here ,so she will work for my father and Mother as care giver ,hope that straergy works ! i guess we will find out!. good luck what a process ,maybe it would be easier to sneak across Border like so many ,Southern Border of course.

I mailed my I-129F May 16th Via Certified mail to Texas service Center, recieved return reciept 19th as of the 24th the check has not cleared yet! I will check that everyday. Good luck everyone.

Sorry, I forgot about the new IMBRA requirements (they came along after I finished my processing). I guess that you are concerned about the 3rd bullet under Section C question 2.

Yes, I dont have any DUI"s but i think I have it fiqured out some places says just copies and others say must be Certified, no longer require Certified , so it is kinda confusing filing with Copies and see what happens. Thank you for your response !
