Hi, did you submit the documents or upload them at ceac. Im confused , I submitted my documents via courier but I don't know if I have to upload them or not 😞

I do not know how the Embassy handles that in Pakistan but the psych exam in the Philippines has to be done by the Embassy approved medical facility and only after the exam is ordered by that medical facilities doctors.  I assume you can bring paperwork with you but the Embassy probably requires the exam be done by their doctor and in accordance to the requirements of the US Surgeon General.

Can old self harm scars be reason for rejection of spouse visa??
