My case has been saying " as of March 20, 2020, we are ready to schedule your form i-485, for an interview.  I know because of Covid-19 everything got stuck but I just want to know if this wait is normal in California or what should I do about it?

Yes, I am the beneficiary and I am in the US, but on the NVC website says my appointment will be in Bogota, Colombia 😕 (Where I was born) but when I did the I-130 I put my address here in the US

I really don't understand what is going on, because I live in the US I put my address here and everything, but then they are doing everything for the embassy in my city Bogotá, Colombia they say my appointment will be there that once I send everything they will send it there so I don't get it.

Yes I am, I live in the US and when I did everything I was on my tourist visa

I am doing all the process to get my green card through marriage, my husband and I already sent The form I-130 and it was approved then they sent my case to the NVC. I Want to start the process for the form I-485 so do I have to do all the process on the NVC( national visa center) before sending the I-485 form? Or how does that work?
