I have a good news. In another forum girls shared a picture from uscis that their cases have transferred from California to another service center. But it's concerns only PD 2017.
In my opinion this process will extend to PD 2018-2019. I hope so...

Hi everyone. I expected to see "current" date but I can't believe my eyes:). In 2013 there was the same situation. All people who had APPROVED I-130 got their immigration visas.
What should we do in this case? Just waiting? (
My PD is 28FE19 - California service center...
