Hi all - i received packet 4 to schedule an interview online and it says first available appointment is Jan 22 for Montreal which is way too soon - once I make payment does it allow you to see other available dates? 

I've submitted Packet 3 and am currently in the process of getting the I-134 together. I am the one moving to the US and we will be living with his parents for the time being and they've agreed to be a joint sponsor. I've done some research into this but there are three different forms that come up all stating Affidavit of Support - I-134, I-864 and I-864A. Does anyone know other than the I-134 which he will need to complete, which is the correct form for parents in the household? Thank you!

Hi all and happy new year! Just to confirm - you don't send the documents on the packet 3 checklist to the consulate in MTL, they just want you to confirm that you have the documents correct? 

I just got the packet 3 in the mail but I noticed the copy of the original approved k1 petition they sent has an expiry of February 1,2020. Does that mean if the interview doesn’t happen by then (which is doubtful since it’s end of December now), that we have to start the process all over again???

Hi everyone - I'm so thankful for this thread! We received our MTL case number on November 12 but have not yet received packet 3. In reading through your comments and related questions, which I've now learned a lot from, it seems as though I can just go ahead and submit the DS-160 while I wait for the packet 3 to come in the mail??

Hello, im wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation or has any knowledge of this. Can the beneficiary continue to work remotely for their employer once they enter the US on a K1 visa? The beneficiary is Canadian and the employer is a Canadian based company - no affiliation with the US. 

Hi all, we are getting set to submit our application in a few days and are double and triple checking everything. These may seem like silly questions but: 

1. Part 3 Criminal Information - is this in regards to my fiancée the Petitioner or myself the Beneficiary? 

2. Part 4 Biographic Information - again is this in regards to the Petitioner or Beneficiary?
