I will be eligible for an L1B visa in the future (in a few months). I previously had a fiance in the US who is also a US citizen, I am no longer with her - I'm assuming that the embassy are aware of her being my fiance as every time I visited her I said I was going to visit her at POE. However, they have no knowledge that we are no longer together. This has all been fairly recent & by the time I apply for an l1b visa we will have been broken up for about 15 months.
Therefore, by the time I apply for an L1B visa they may think I still have a US based fiance - is this a potential red flag for my application?
Will previously having a US fiance in the US affect my changes of work visa?
