My aunt and her family in VN recently received their visas. We also paid the fees for their permanent resident cards online too. At the end of the transaction, it suggests we create a USCIS account to track PR status, etc. Is this required because I could have sworn that I read we needed to create an account to confirm delivery address of the permanent resident cards? If that is the case, does each person in her family have to create an online account or can we just creAte one for the beneficiary and add dependents?
