My husband's green card was deemed undeliverable for some odd reason, he found this out when he went to check his status online. Weird thing is we've been getting all the other mail from the gov up until this point. We live an an apartment building that does have buzzers.
Does anyone have tips or a similar experience?

You need to call them .. you should have a phone number on the e-mail. That happened to me with my EAD ... you need to confirm your address and information even though it's the same. It was their mistake on one number with my address on the envelope. I got it a week after I called them. Hope it helps! Good Luck!

Just received the email I've been waiting for about 5 minutes ago!!! EAD card production has been ordered!!! Maybe I'll get it in a few days then! YEEESSSS!!

Everything was going well on my interview yesterday especially when he said "everything seems good, you are APPROVED" he waited like 10 long seconds ( like to see my reaction on my face and then he said BUT your name check is NOT complete I was like nooooooooooooooo ( of course on my mind) it's so bittersweet because it's approved but namecheck can take forever.... I know all I can do it's wait soooo crying.gif I hope this is not the beginning of name check limbo!! He also said that it was very common that the namecheck was not finished by the time of the interview, he said that he had 3 other cases that day (yesterday) that had the interview like me and were waiting on namecheck too. I guess now I belong to this goup

No, you definatly should not panic. You were touched after your biometrics that is the normal. My online status still says

My wife and I were in the Charlotte office today(for the second Monday in a row....we had to come back, more on this later) and we were approved today, she got her green card....umm the stamp in the passport!
She needed a translator, and that really helped us out and I had to show some extra paper work but we were prepared.
I am brief about all this now because its still sinking in so I will write a full review soon about the two trips to the interviews and why.

I want to know what happened, I mean why did you go twice. My interview it's tomorrow at the same Charlotte office.

Today it's my last day of the semester... I have tons of things to do but I can't concentrate because of my interview tomorrow!!! I'm sooo anxious!

Gosh I am so nervous!
I have everything together that they require on the happy checklist (including hubby, lol), but I haven't started on the "supporting evidence." I'll be down to Kinkos later to photocopy our apartment lease and joint health insurance plan. We've got statements for a joint bank account, and that's about it. I still have the pictures of us together that I used for the K-1 interview in Canada, and a couple more of us with his brother that were taken since then. I was thinking of writing up a letter on behalf of another couple we are friends with to the effect that they spend time with us frequently and that we appear to be a genuine couple, then have them sign it. We don't have much more new evidence since the K-1 interview as I have only been here about 4 months. Recommendations on evidence are welcome
Spokane's about 1.5 hours away and the interview is at 11:15am, so that gives me...oh...about 42 hours until we leave home.
AHHHHHHHH!

Got approved ! They were on time. Just took him a little bit to get it done (25 min.) I even got my passport stamped. They havent done it in years he said, and he personally havent even done that. But I talked to the supervisor and then I got it
I even kept my EAD + AP
He didnt want to see them though. loloh, and I didnt ask for the I-94 and my old F 1 Visa did not get voided!

I just read this thread today and I'm so sorry to hear about how your daughter's petition turned out. I'm sure that this is a tough time for your family. Just hang in there and be strong! I'm sure that there's a way to turn the USCIS' decision and let your daughter stay here for good. I'm hoping and praying for the best! God bless!

Well I emailed my senator a about a month ago after the horrible treatment at our AOS interview. I really was just venting which is why I emailed and really didn't think anything of it. A couple of days ago, they called saying that they would begin an inquiry. I know it hasn't been long since our interview. I just felt that the treatment was uncalled for. Let's see what they come up with. I am sure they will simply say we are stuck in namecheck. Either way, it was interesting that the senator's office is following up.
I just saw today your post about your horrible experience with the interview!!!!! That' s crazy!!!! I have mine next Wednesday, so I'm REALLY nervous about it!!! I think it's great that you got the EAD and I hope you get out of the namecheck limbo soon!
