They have their own format and documention order that every file gets assembled to. Anything you send as additional office supplies will be tossed
oh ok i thought you meant they will throw out my whole form too, that makes more sense thank you

You can but it will be thrown away
ok so don't put it in any type of binder or folder, just send it loose leaf in a box with maybe 3 paper clips? thats their standards?

Hi all, you have been really helpful with my past questions so thank you!
I have all of my materials ready to send in but I wanted to ask how you have sent yours in. Did you use a binder or a folder? Did you separate papers with paper clips/ziplock bags etc? I'm not sure how to arrange all of this in my package. Thanks for your help! -
Hi I'm filling out my form for my fiancee and I just have a few questions about some sections of the form (I read the instructions but I still want to make sure I fill it out correctly.)
1. Since I have had a name change, do I need to attach proof of that or do I wait until the interview?
2. My father is deceased and the form asks "City/Country of Residence of parent" would I just write where he lived and write (deceased) as well?
3. What is a Certificate of Citizenship? I was born in the United States and I'm assuming it's a passport? It then asks for the certificate number which I'm not sure of.
4. If my fiancee will be moving in September from her apartment to a new one, should i use a different address for mailing? For example, her familys house?
5. There is a section that asks me to write my fiancees name and address in her native alphabet, I don't know what that means. She speaks persian and english so would I have to fill out that section in Persian?
6. Since I filled out the form myself as the Petitioner, would I write "N/A" for the rest of the fields asking for the Interpreter and Preparer?
Thank you so much for any help you can give -
Hi there, I am finishing up the I-129F form and I'm not sure what to put for Part 1 (Employment History.) I am self-employed and have my tax returns, but I'm not sure what to write for that section. Would I just use my home address and my name and write that I'm self employed? Should I attach tax returns and proof of income anywhere with the rest of the papers I'm sending along? I make above the poverty line, so not sure if I would even need a co-signer? I only have one year of tax returns as well. Thanks for any help you can give!

Hi everyone, in this I-129F packet I don't know how to answer this question.
I am an American citizen and was born in the United States, I tried googling these two terms and I couldn't find a proper, clear definition.
Would I check off yes or no for this question? I checked off no because I was born in the United States
