im also from cleveland area.. i got married last june 11. the mayor only ask for my passport.he never mention about ss at all..my ss is still pending though.but in my experience ss was not at all needed...

k1 or k2 filers going to the us needs to attend the cfo seminar or she or he wont be able to be on a plane!

finally im here in the good old america.. nice in here guys...clean and fresh..ive been here since 2 days ago and im still a lil groggy from my flight.but all is well all in all.. im with my fiance and its a dream come true for both of us...thanks for all the help....anyway, i just want to know what to do next...what to file. should i go get an ssn right away? what papers do i need..thanks in advance..

thanks for all the support, encouragement and prayers.. it's been a tough and mind wrecking thing to do the visa but we were able to make it through with ur help..me and my fiance are really heartily thankful for all ur help that u gave us with no second thoughts..ill be leaving by may 22. ill be taking the route rom cebu city to japan,houston to cleveland but can anyone tell me what documents to bring besides the embassy package? i just dont want to mess up cos i want to be with my huney so much...thanks

hello to u all.. thanks for the prayers..i had my interview last friday and guess what??? I GOT THE PINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i feel like an axe had been removed from my chest... i breath easy now..tentions and all are over, at least for now...the interview is not difficult at all cos it's just a questions about u and ur fiance and ur relationship.. its a kind of question that u can answer if u know the guy well... the consul in manila embassy were all kind and well mannered..everyday said so...the one who interviewed me was also from the same city as where my fiance from so he was just actually asked me 3 questions and give me some tips on adjusting with the weather ..it lasted only like 1 minute...for those who will have their interview just pray, have all the requirements ready, have the confidence and be conversative...i love u all guys

to alexandra about ur questions at st lukes.. the guard at st lukes actually ask for ur appointment letter..they ask u to have it photocopied so i think u wont be able to have ur medical unless u have ur packet 4 which contends the medical appointment..... THANKS U ALL GUYS... KEEP ROCKIN'

hi everyone ! im currently here in manila since last 19th..last friday i had my medical at st lukes...well i was there around 5:15 in the morning and was like number 8 on the line..we were let inside right away and there are like lots of people inside..they officially started the whole test around 7:30..as what most vj member whod been through medical , its actually the waiting that takes so long..i was done like 12 noon but those girls i made friends there didnt until maybe 2 ..i guess im just lucky..let me tell u this even if ur the first on the line it doest really guarantee that ull be done first...so anyway, by monday i went there again for my vaccination and the releasing of chest xray results...my appointment was like 8 am and i was done around 9 am.. again im lucky i guess.. and again those girls i made friends with werent done until 12 noon... ive been really successful with my medical quest and i hope it will continue this friday cos it will be my interview...pray for me people .. i hope i got it....

hi, with ur background as a former adjudicator i hope u can tell me an honest answer.my fiance refused to have a co sponsor. his on ssi earning 15,000$ annually which is below the 125% of the poverty guidelines for 2007.he has a part time job as an independent contractor that earns 7000$ annually.to some both of his annual income it is around 22,000$ which just pass the poverty guidelines. he doesnt have an income tax since 2005 .will this be a basis to deny me of a fiancee visa cos he doesnt have income tax return. he got a 1099 form for his part time, do u think they will honor this? pls help . ill have my interview by the 27th of april.

hi, when will be ur interview.. mine will be this coming april 27....so i think ds 230 is not part of the k1 then cos the embassy did not mention it anyway..

how come the packet 4 i recieve it doesnt mention about ds 230?
