Hi!

I am a minor (17) and will be migrating to the US! I just want to know if I still need to secure a DSWD clearance because I'll be traveling alone. My petitioner is my mom and she is currently residing in the states while my dad is here in the PH but does not have a US visa. They are annulled but my dad does not have a solo parent ID. Please help me figure this out because DSWD's hotline seems to be useless and PAL's age for Unaccompanied Minor is 8-11 years old only.

Most topics here regarding the seminar discuss the K visas but hopefully someone can enlighten me regarding an IR-2 visa. 

How long does it take to schedule a peer counseling session? I've read horror stories of 2-4 months waiting time for a PDOS slot, is it the same for the counseling? I'm imagining yes because there are lesser slots but then again there may be less emigrating children. You also can't book a session ahead of time because you need to show your visa in order to schedule one. 

I just want to know how long this may delay my travel.

First time posting so please forgive if I'm not doing it correctly lol

1.) I recently received an e-mail that says i should schedule my interview (IR-2)! It also included a checklist of documents to bring/scan. Am I supposed to bring only those with Xs?

2.) If my mother (petitioner) got her citizenship through marriage, am I still required to bring her CENOMAR (from PSA) and annulment documents even though they weren't marked in the checklist?

3.) Can ALL AOS documents be photocopies? My mother mailed the originals to me but they still haven't arrived, I'm worried that they won't get here on time because I plan on scheduling an interview as early as possible. 

Additional tips are also appreciated, especially regarding the documents because I'm very nervous and I really want everything to go as smoothly as possible.
