How do you answer question #38 on i134 form? What does it mean? If I check “intend”, what do I need to explain? Please help!!

We received the P4 email today, so I can confirm that using the courier service at CITIC bank to delvier the documents appears to be the correct way to deliver the documents.

We didn’t receive any info from consulate mentioning Mailing back P3 with CITIC bank. We don’t even have CITIC bank in our city. It did not mention how to pay either. There are many people saying that we Pay after we receive  P4. So confused??

We are about to mail our P3. Do we just mail back the confirmation letter or we have to attach the receipt? Do we have to use EMS service? And also, we have not paid the fee yet. Where do we pay the fee? Do we pay the fee after we receive P4? Please help. Thanks
