I included 3 years of employment and residence.

Because it was online, I also included all marriage evidence even though it says you can bring that to the interview (just in case!). I too have a pending I-751.

Acc to below, if applying for 3-yr marriage based n-400, only 3 years worth of residence and employment history needed.

    Thank you guys.

    Im thinking to apply online.

when uploading other evidence, should I submit each pdf file for each evidence or you think I should combine them all to one pdf?

I heard the maximum size for each file is 6MB So I don’t think I can do it all in one PDF..

  2. I started working on my N-400 Application. I have a few questions that I was confused about. I am submitting the N-400 based on the 3 year Rule. In section 8. (Employment) it asked for the last 5 years of employment. I have only been in the US for a little over 3 years. Does that me I cut it off when I entered into the US or I keep going until I reach the 5 year mark from the country I originated from?

Also I am still awaiting for my process of I-751. Do I need to include everything submitted from the process and newer or just what they requested?.. In the I-75`=1 they asked for all evidence that would justify my marriage with my wife. In this case they are more specific with what they want, but I am wondering if you think I should go the extra mile and provide more...

Yes that's correct,  don't forget to add a copy of your expired green card (front and back) and the extension letter you received .  Good luck and wish u a speedy process. Honestly hiring a lawyer will be an additional expenses on you.  However that's something u have to decide. The evidence is exactly the same you submitted when you filed your ROC,  if u have recent bank statements,  bills, and another evidence just added it. I understand they increasing or already increased the fee, double check the correct fee.

when submitting this package do I need to submit the same things I submitted in the I-751 or less?

any other things I should know?

there isn't a problem submitting it while still in the process for the I-751 right?

  4. Hello. I received my green card on August 20, 2017. I am married to my spouse who is a U.S Citizen. We applied over a year ago (June 2019) for the I-751 Removal of Conditions. The case is still processing showing as "Finger Prints Received ". I was wondering if I am eligible to apply for the N-400 Naturalization.  I know that one of the requirements for submittal is to have you green card for 3 years. I read that I would be able to file for citizenship at least 90 days before the 3 year mark.  Is this accurate?

Also I am looking for any tips or recommendations when putting my package together. Would you recommend hiring a lawyer for this, or is this something that can be done fairly easy?

Thank you in Advanced! Stay Safe Everyone!!

If you’re a LIN Nebraska filer like me, and actually needed to go in for a bio appointment, you might not receive the bio notice for a while. My 751 application was received 21 days after you and I haven’t received anything after the extension letter either. If you check the LIN thread they are only up to sending out bio appts to early 2019 applicants or something like that.

I filed in January.  I did have a bio appointment in March (I think - check my timeline), but it wasn’t like it was the time for AoS, so perhaps they will skip?

My case also still just says it was received.

I wouldn’t worry - this leg is a long one, and everyone is going to be handed different.  There’s already been a Jan 2019 filer who received the 10-year card without bio or interview.  We’re all going to be processed differently.  As long as you submitted everything on time, just sit back and relax.

Should I call and ask for an update or anything about it? Does it do anything calling them?

  6. Hey everyone hope you guys have good week so far.

i know there is topic for it but I couldn’t find or get any answers so I said I’ll make one separate.

we started our process with K1 and now ROC.

in June 3 2019 my I-751 was received and few days after I received my extension letter.

the letter said I might receive separate letter for bio but I haven’t received anything, the case still saying case was received and I see a lot of others people that already did bio and submitted the file after me.

so I’m wondering if it’s ok,is it possible they don’t need bio from me or my case is really delaying ?

on June 2019 fillers topic seems like I’m the only one who didn’t get the bio app.

    thanks for any help.
