my father in law is our join sponsor and he filed a joined married tax filing with his spouse. however, she just passed away. can he still able to be a join sponsor in this case?

they are retired and in SS. they total in come meet the requirement.

My husband is US citizen and live in South Korea for a while. now we are at NVC stage and he is going back next 2 weeks. we are using his asset (cash) from his pension and wages to meet the guildline. my question is how to prove that money and anyone here know how to get all documents that NVC needs to look at?

Hi everyone,

as my fiance from the US and now living in Korea since 6 years, he is a English teacher and his income is not able to meet the requirement of DCF- his income under $60,000 USD/ year. But I have a house that under my name in my hometown that over $100,000. I am wondering that whether this asset is counted? and how to prove this asset. Anyone has any experiences about this, please give me some opinions.
