I’m dealing with the same thing. It’s very nerve racking. My husband is from the UK, we’re both in our early twenties as well. I’m the petitioner and I haven’t worked consistently either. If your joint sponsor has the financial means and qualifies you guys will be alright. This process is scary but pretty straight forward imo  

Hello  just curious how the Embassy in London is.. how are the immigration officers? Did you have a good or bad experience? Was your case complicated or not?

Is there anything I need to start collecting for NVC process? I just requested tax transcript, so that’ll be at my US mailing address next week. I’ve been going over everything and this part looks a little more stressful and complicated 😬 

USCIS still hasn’t sent off to NVC.. so do I just sit back for now?

Hello! My spouse was recently approved at NSC. We’re currently waiting on our case to transfer to NVC. I’ve been living with him abroad traveling and what not. My plan was to return home to the U.S during the NVC part and wait for him there. My question is.. would it be possible to wait with him and just do the nvc and rest of the process here in England? What documents would we have to submit to show I’m domiciled in the US? I have my drivers license.. (I saw in a fb group that someone only submitted that) I mean if worse comes to worse I’ll go back home but I really just don’t wanna leave him. We planned to arrive in the US together with our first born son. Please let me know

Oh I haven’t been waiting that long. I filed March 2019. But even then when I spoke to a lawyer he told me it take 5-8 months.

Anyone in August been approved at NSC? I understand that their site with the processing times is wrong so I’m just here to see if we’re moving along with approvals
