Good day guys, please I love to know if the current I-864 form on USCIS website 

is correct ?

On the part 5 of the form item 8 where the sponsor is suppose to add up the total number

of dependent, 1 has already been printed there which is suppose to be blank.

That part is really confusing because the total no of dependent on the sponsor part is 

more than 1. With 1 already printed there by USCIS, how can one correct that.

I have attached the said part of the form.

Please does anyone have a link to the correct form that doesn't have the printed number?

Not at all because working with ITIN for some industries is legal in Illinois

As in working with an ITIN for a company not self employed?  An ITIN isn't a social security number (for employment purposes) nor is it an EAD.  Once you were employed under a work visa then you should have obtained a SSN. 

Sounds like the horse has left the barn so explain in on the I-130 and interviews.  Work is forgiven as a spouse of a US Citizen.

After working with Individual Tax payer identification number (ITIN) and also paid tax with an agency for over 2years.

Now married to a US citizen and planning to apply for  EAD while adjusting status.

Will it be out of place to state in the I- 130 and I-130A form that I actually work or to declare unemployed in order to 

avoid all sorts of complications?

Looking forward to be educated on this.

but Saturday I received the Noa and the approval notice together and Sunday at 8:30 am I received the AED and today I got my interview and got approved on spot now green card has been ordered

So I have submitted my package for renewal of my EAD for 3 weeks now.

USPS shows packaged has been delivered but I have not received any mail from USCIS to that effect.

I love to know the kind of response am suppose to get for renewal of EAD.

I feel they should have acknowledge the receipt of my package but till now they have not.

Should I be worried?

So we got invited by USCIS for AOS. 

In the letter they ask that I provide letter from my employer, verifying current rate

of pay and average weekly hours and pay stubs for the pass 2months.

My question is since I drive doordash, how do I request for letter of employment 

and every other thing USCIS requested for concerning my place of work?

Also, if you have also a delivery driver and has gone through the process already,

kindly share your experience and what I need to do.
